Assistant United States Attorney (AUSA) Brent G. Tabacchi allowed former City of Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley and others to collect tens of thousands of dollars in bribes from a city contractor dating back to as early as 2013 when Whaley was a Dayton City Commissioner. AUSA Tabacchi not only turned a blind-eye to Whaley accepting bribes, he allowed Whaley to to become the democratic candidate in the 2022 Ohio Gubernatorial race.

The Department of Justice along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation have been protecting John W. Klaczak, a convicted sexual predator in the Chicagoland area actively preying on children. The City of Chicago, Chicago Police Department and numerous elected officials within the City have been attempting to conceal Mr. Klaczak’s identity since awarding Klaczak’s company Allied Service Group its initial contract with the City for the Transportation of Deceased Bodies (Chicago Police Department contract) in 2011.
